          My name is Taylor Shamberger.

          Having grown up in the family business, I learned a lot. To always work hard, do the right thing even when no one is looking, to listen and treat people with respect. I have worked alongside my family for the majority of my life. We operate a property management company. As I became more experienced it was a natural progression for me to become a licensed Realtor and continue to add to what my family has worked so hard to create.

As I saw many of my friends heading off to college, I often wondered why they would want to leave such a beautiful area and all it has to offer. To me, life could not possibly get any better, than living and working here. Amongst many, my most favorite activities include biking, climbing, water skiing on the most beautiful lakes, shredding East Coast ice in the winter, fishing, and hiking. I am actually on my way to finishing New Hampshire’s 48 4,000 footers. As the saying goes…if you are lucky enough to be in the mountains, you are lucky enough. As someone who has experienced so much of what New Hampshire has to offer, I am able to provide my clients with educated, first hand experience when it comes to living and playing in the North Country.

I am eager for the opportunity to help future clients discover their own “slice of happiness” that I have been so lucky to call home my entire life. I am determined and excited to create a name for myself that exhibits what Bel Casa Realty is all about, honesty, loyalty, dependability, all the while building long lasting relationships.
